Tutorial - Add, Delete Bill Payees

You can add or delete bill payees quickly and easily.

  • Login to Online Banking; by default you will be taken to the Account Summary page.
  • Click on Payments from the left-hand menu.
  • Click on Add/Delete Payees from the left-hand menu.

To add a bill payee

  • To add a bill payee, click the Add Payee link from the top of the page.
  • On the page that follows, click Search by Payee Name for the bill payee by name or Browse by Type.
  • From the list of payees, click the link of the appropriate payee.
  • Enter your Account Number
  • Click Submit
  • A confirmation page will be displayed confirming the addition of your payee.

To delete a bill payee

  • To delete a bill payee, click the Delete Payee link from the top of the page.
  • On the page that follows, click the link of the appropriate payee you would like to delete.
  • You will be asked to confirm the Payee and Account Number for deletion. Click Confirm.
  • A confirmation page will be displayed confirming the addition of your payee.

To edit an existing payee

If you need to make changes to an existing payee (i.e. change account number), delete the current payee and add the new one.
