Screen Resolution

Change Screen Resolution

Our website now has a wider format. In order to view the full width and not miss important content, you will need to adjust your screen resolution settings on your computer to a resolution of 1024 x 768 or greater. Making the change is easy and will only take a few seconds of your time.

Below are instructions for Windows and Mac OSX. Should you need further assistance please contact us.

How to change your monitor settings:

1. Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.

2. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.

3. Drag the Screen resolution slider to the slider to the right to increase your monitor’s resolution until it reads 1024 x 768 (or greater) — this will make text and pictures appear smaller.

4. Click Apply to have the new resolution take effect.

5. If the Monitor Settings dialog box appears, look at your display. If you like the new resolution, click Yes. If you do not like the resolution, click No, and return to step 3 to try a different resolution.

6. Click OK.

Windows changes the resolution to the settings you chose.

How to change your monitor settings:

1. Open System Preferences and click Displays to display its preferences.

2. Click the Display tab; your display's supported resolution settings are listed in the Resolutions pane, from the smallest to the largest size dimensions.

3. Select a resolution greater of 1024 x 768 or greater (a larger resolution maximizes your screen space, letting you see more of a photo or document, and can help you manage applications whose interface elements span multiple windows).
