Participation in the panel
Panelists receive invitations from our survey partner, Ipsos (Canada's leading market research firm), to participate in approximately 5-7 short online surveys each year, some of which are fun quick polls. The surveys typically include 10 to 15 questions and take only 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Themes include enhancing our client experience, new financial products and services, and involvement in our community.
