

BlueShore Financial’s nine-member board evaluates our strategic objectives, oversees risks and prudent financial management and ensures we adhere to best-practice corporate governance.
We will be seeking nominations of qualified candidates for the 2024 Board of Directors. Eligibility for nomination includes being a member in good standing as at the 2023 Close of Nominations and be at least 19 years of age. For the 2024 Board of Directors, the Call for Nominations period will remain open from Saturday, October 14, 2023 through to 5:00pm on Friday, November 10, 2023.
The 2024 Nominations and Election Guidelines package will be posted to the website at the opening of the Call for Nominations period and will include full details regarding eligibility, required qualifications and the nomination process. The election results will be announced at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, date to be announced for late April 2023.
