How to set your personal CRA tax slip preferences

To access your personal CRA tax slips preferences you need to be signed up for online banking.

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. On the Account Summary page, click on CRA tax slip preferences in the left-hand menu.
  3. On the CRA tax slip preferences page, enter the requested information and select the method for how you wish to receive your tax slips.
  4. Follow the prompts.
