Wellness Bundle FAQs

At BlueShore Financial we're not only passionate about improving our clients' financial wellness, but also fostering wellness of all forms. That's why we're introducing the Wellness Bundle – a curated bundle of products featuring benefits from trusted Canadian companies, TELUS and FutureVault.

The bundle was designed to complement our clients' premium, digital lifestyle with a choice of four easy to use, accessible products spanning virtual health, preventative wellness, online security and digital file storage.

Financial and physical well-being often go hand in hand – at BlueShore Financial, we want to provide ways to support our clients’ overall well-being along with their wealth management and financial needs.

The Wellness Bundle currently includes access and preferred rates for the following services:

• TELUS Health Virtual Care
• TELUS Health Preventive Health Assessment 
• TELUS Online Security Ultimate Plan
• Essential Vault by FutureVault

The current bundle includes access and preferred rates for the following services:

• Premium Vault by FutureVault

The Wellness Bundle Premium differs in the Digital Vault features. It includes Premium Vault which has expanded storage with 25 GB and a private area for clients that cannot be accessed by BlueShore.

Certain products and services may be extended to family members: 

• TELUS Virtual Health: all immediate family members (spouse and dependents under 26 years of age ) are covered and can use the service 
• TELUS Preventive Health: family members can book and complete a preventive health assessment under the "patient pay" account
• TELUS Online Security Ultimate Plan: This plan covers up to 20 devices
• Essential and Premium Vault: only available one per client at this time, however, a client can add a family member to their vault and control their privileges within the vault
   

All personal Premium and Unlimited Chequing account clients are eligible to enroll in the Wellness Bundle. Existing clients who are interested are welcome to contact us to enroll.

Monthly rate is $5 plus GST per month for the Wellness Bundle with Essential Vault or $8.50 plus GST for the Wellness Bundle Premium with Premium Vault.

Billing is charged on the 1st of every month for that month. For example, January service is billed on January 1st for January 1 – 31. Monthly rates include 5% GST. On your client account statement, the transaction description will appear as “Wellness Bundle.”

Depending on the bundle selected your monthly client statements will show the below codes: 

• TRANSACTION>1124    Wellness Bundle Premium Fee 
• TRANSACTION>1125    Wellness Bundle Fee
• TRANSACTION>1126    Digital Vault Premium Fee
• TRANSACTION>1127    Digital Vault Essential Fee

All appointments are booked directly through TELUS, and there is no private or personal information shared with BlueShore.

TELUS Virtual Care gives you and your immediate family members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-demand access to medical consults on your phone, tablet or computer, for both mental and physical health. This service is currently only offered through employers or partners as a Membership based program. 

TELUS Health MyCare allows you to see a doctor, psychologist, counsellor or dietitian virtually through booking an appointment. Doctors bill the BC Medical Services Plan. This service is offered directly to consumers. 

TELUS Preventive Health is a personalized, comprehensive health risk assessment from lab/diagnostics to kinesiology, nutrition, fitness with a full report, assessment and recommendations.

Digital Vault offers two options. The Essential Vault (1GB) option provides shared access for you, the individual client, and members of the BlueShore team. This allows for greater collaboration and storage of important financial documents. 

Premium Vault (25GB) offers the basics of Essential Vault with expanded storage capacity and a private area for clients to store contents that are not accessible by BlueShore employees.
