Need new cheques?
If it's time to re-order or you would like to upgrade to a different cheque style, the process is fast and easy.
If you don't have any changes to the information currently printed on your cheques – for instance, name, address, and so on – you can re-order using one of three methods:
- Complete and fax the re-order form (top page of your final book of cheques) to 1.800.267.7740.
- Use the convenient automated telephone ordering system available at Davis + Henderson (our official cheque supplier); simply call 1.866.507.0600.
- Call Davis + Henderson's ChequeAdvisor service at 1.866.524.1470 and speak directly with an account representative.
If you need to update the information on your cheques, please do so in-person at your branch, contact us via our secure form, or call us at 604.982.8000 or toll-free 1.888.713.6728.
Fees for cheques vary, depending on your account type and the style and quantity of cheques you order. You will be charged for the order approximately one week after your order date. The charge will be debited from the account for which you ordered cheques.
Cheques and accessories are generally shipped within 3 business days of your order date. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from your order date (depending on the shipping address).
