Ensure your credit card limit matches your spending requirements

You may find that your regular spending habits are not covered by the current credit limit on your Collabria credit card. Alternately, you may have some large expenses coming up and would like to have additional room on your credit card to cover these expenses. If you find yourself in this situation, you can request a credit limit increase.

If you are unsure what your current credit limit is, you can find out by reviewing the documentation originally provided to you when you received your credit card, checking your monthly statement, or signing into CardWise.

What determines your credit limit

In most circumstances, your credit limit is determined by two factors: creditworthiness and the ability to repay your debt. Creditworthiness is based on information obtained in your credit file, and the ability to repay your debt is based on your household income or assets in relation to your current obligations.

Requesting a credit limit increase

If you would like to request a credit limit increase, please call Collabria’s Cardholder Service at 1.855.341.4643 to request the additional amount. Please have your credit card number available and be ready to answer security questions to verify you are the owner of the account.
