Gala of Grace

The North Shore Crisis Services Society has been supporting women and children fleeing abuse for over 35 years – sadly even today, there is a constant and ongoing need for these services. Funds raised at the Gala of Grace will provide support and resources for the Society, as well as community awareness and social engagement for the cause.

Join us at this vibrant celebration for all of the women of the North Shore and Lower mainland! Gather your girlfriends, coworkers and the special women in your life, put on your prettiest Spring party dress and enjoy an afternoon of laughter, love and community engagement.

The Sea to Sky Gala is a fabulous night held at the fantastic Sea to Sky Gondola, attended by the leading corridor business people, thought-leaders, and change-makers who are helping shape Squamish’s future.

This popular event is a fundraiser organized by volunteers and staff at Sea to Sky Community Services. All profits will go to build Centrepoint, the new community services building in downtown Squamish.

BlueShore Financial Mother’s Day Run presented by the Westin Bayshore

Join us for a 3k, 5k or a 10k Run and Walk in beautiful Stanley Park and Coal Harbour – but that is just the start of the experience! All participants will receive an amazing souvenir technical running shirt and an incredible gift bag filled with goodies. Moms will also be greeted at the finish line with a beautiful commemorative scarf.

If that wasn't enough, the event includes a Finish Line Festival, kid's activities, champagne giveaways and options for a decadent Mother's Day Brunch at The Westin Bayshore. Dads and sons are invited to run too! The event is for everyone whether you are an experienced runner or want to join us for a walk - you can participate for fun, family, fitness or for time.

Whistler Half Marathon

Join us for the 8th Annual North Face Whistler Half Marathon, not interested in a half marathon, don’t worry there is something for everyone! Select your distance of choice and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Whistler.

This world class race matches Whistlers natural and pristine surroundings. Clean air, towering mountain peaks, glistening lakes, and babbling brooks all combine to create a course that is breathtaking, in a good way. New courses this year include the half marathon, 30 km Lost Lake Challenge course, 10km course, 5km course, or the “just under” 1km run through Whistler Village.

Bard on the Beach

Join us this season at Bard on the Beach at Vanier Park. Celebrating its 29th Season in 2018, Bard on the Beach is one of Canada's largest not-for-profit, professional Shakespeare Festivals. Presented in a magnificent setting on the waterfront in Vancouver's Vanier Park, the Festival offers Shakespeare plays, related dramas, and several special events in two performance tents. BlueShore Financial Longest Day Road Race

Join us at UBC's Thunderbird Stadium for the annual Longest Day Road Race event consists of a kids run, 5K and 10K. This is a great run for all runners including families! There is a post-race party with food, music and more. All proceeds from the event go to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
