What happens to my resume once I have applied online?
Your resume will be directed to a BlueShore Financial HR professional for screening. After evaluating your experience and background, they may contact you for further information or to arrange an interview.
How will I know you've received my application?
You will receive an automatic email confirmation when your application has been received.
Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
Yes, feel free to apply for any jobs that match your qualifications and interests.
Can I submit a resume for a job that isn't posted?
Yes, submit your resume to the BlueShore Financial Talent Community to be considered for future roles that match your skill set. Check back often. We're always looking for our next "top performer”!
I just had an interview, what happens next?
We promise to contact you and let you know the outcome of your interview. If you are the successful candidate, we will ask you to complete a background check and send us two employment references. Once all checks are completed, we will send you an offer of employment.
