Our compensation package includes:

Competitive base salaries – Salaries are reviewed annually and merit increases are the norm, not the exception, given our high employee performance.

Salary progression – The majority of our retail branch roles benefit from our salary progression program, which is independent of the annual salary review. This program is designed to keep your skills and salary moving upwards throughout the year as your knowledge and skills develop.

Performance-based incentives – We reward superior performance. Pay-for-performance programs are designed to recognize outstanding corporate, collaborative and individual achievements.

Our benefits package includes:

  • Flexible health and dental benefits – Our program of flexible benefits allows you to choose the coverage that's best for you, and change your benefits as your needs change. BlueShore also provides a Health Spending Account so you can spend your benefit dollars on the benefits that best meet your individual needs.
  • Life, accident and optional critical illness insurance – Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance are included at no cost to you. Optional life and critical illness insurance are also available. 
  • Disability insurance – Ensuring you still have an income in the event you become disabled is the most important aspect of your financial security. BlueShore employees are covered for both short-term and long-term disability. Premiums for disability income insurance are paid by you, so that if there is a claim, any benefits are received tax-free.

Vacation and time off 

Vacation is essential for your physical, mental, and social wellness, and supports the balance between work and personal life. BlueShore is committed to supporting wellness and encourages all employees to take the time they need for rest and relaxation.

Vacation starts at either three or four weeks depending on your position. Vacation increases after four years’ service. We also offer paid time off to study for exams, to volunteer and even to celebrate your birthday.
