Tutorial - Setup, Delete Memorized Accounts

There are two ways to access the memorized accounts feature:

While logged into online banking

  • Login to Online Banking; by default you will be taken to the Account Summary page.
  • Click on Profile and Preferences, then Memorize my login information.
  • Click Add an Account
  • Select an Account Name (i.e. Susan's account)
  • Enter the Access Card number for this account
  • Click Submit

While logged out of online banking

You can also access Memorized Accounts from the login area on the home page by clicking the link Memorized Accounts.

The example below assumes you are accessing this feature from the home page, though the process is similar for both methods.

  • In the online banking login area click Memorized Accounts
  • Click Add an Account
  • Select an Account Name (i.e. Susan's account)
  • Enter the Access Card number for this account
  • Click Submit

You now have the choice to add another memorized account, login to online banking, or delete any existing memorized accounts.

Please note: Memorized account information is held in a "cookie" on your web browser. If you manually or automatically delete cookies your memorized accounts will disappear and need to be re-entered. We recommend that if you use this features that cookies not be deleted.
