Changing your Mastercard PIN

Update your PIN quickly and easily

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is unique to you and no one can use your card without it, so make sure to keep it private and protected. However, if you have forgotten your PIN, think someone might have gained access to it, or would like to change it to something that’s easier for you to remember, you can change it at any time.

Changing my current PIN

You can change your PIN at any Exchange ATM, including BlueShore ATMs, or by calling Collabria’s PIN NOW Service at 1.844.788.2725. Please note, you must know your current PIN to change it at an ATM.

Resetting a forgotten PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN, call Collabria’s PIN NOW Service to select a new PIN.
