When reviewing your monthly statement, you may see a notification indicating “Fees Over Package Limit”. This means that you have exceeded the number of transactions allowed for your particular account package and an additional fee has been applied.
You can learn more about your account package and how many transactions are included and what type by visiting our chequing and savings account pages. However, if you regularly receive this notification, you may want to consider changing your account to one of our unlimited transaction account packages.
