Redeeming and managing your reward points

Choose from a wide range of options

The FlexRewards program offers a wide range of redemption options, including cash rewards in the form of a statement credit or direct deposit into your Chequing or Savings account, private vacation rental or hotel accommodation, flights and travel experiences, 60,000 top-selling merchandise items, gift cards from 60+ top Canadian retailers, and charity donations. Options vary by card product. Detailed information for each category of rewards can be found on the FlexRewards site.

To view and redeem your Rewards Points, register for CardWise Mobile or CardWise Online for direct access to your FlexRewards.

A few quick things to remember:

• The minimum number of points you can redeem: 3,000 points ($30 value) 
• The maximum number of points that can be redeemed within a statement cycle: 500,000 points ($5,000 value) 

Don’t have enough points for your desired reward? You may be able to supplement your points through a charge to your account. The additional cost of the reward will be shown at the check-out area of the rewards site.
