Keep your Online Banking PAC secure
You can change your Personal Access Code (PAC) as frequently as you wish via Online Banking, perhaps to increase its strength or if you are concerned it may no longer be private.
Changing your PAC
After logging in to Online Banking:
- From the Account Summary screen, click on Profile and Preferences in the left-hand menu.
- Select Change personal access code (PAC) and enter your current PAC.
- When prompted, enter your new PAC, verify by re-entering it, then click Submit
- If the change is successful, a confirmation page will be displayed.
Please note, a valid PAC must be between 5 and 30 characters in length (no spaces) and have:
- At least 1 upper case letter
- At least 1 lower case letter
- At least 1number
- And for increased security, we recommend that it also includes at least one symbol (e.g., # $ % ! *)
Forgot your PAC?
If you have forgotten your PAC, please call us or visit your local branch and we’ll reset it immediately.
