Viewing account statements
It’s important to review your account statements regularly as they can alert you to fraudulent activities and help you manage your money.

e-Statements provide an environmentally friendly alternative to paper statements and are easily accessible at any time by logging into Online Banking. e-Statements are provided as PDFs and can be saved to your home computer or printed if needed.
There is no charge for this service.
Opting out of paper account statements
To discontinue the mailing of your paper statements, you need to opt-out of receiving them. Begin by logging in to Online Banking. On the Account Summary page, click on Statement Preferences in the left-hand menu and follow the prompts to complete the process.
It typically takes three to five business days to process your request. Depending on the time of the month, you may receive one more paper statement after submitting your opt-out request.
Returning to paper statements
You can easily opt back into receiving paper statements by accessing the Statement Preferences option menu within Online Banking. Just select the Receive paper statements option.
