Setting up your credit card for Apple Pay

Use contactless payments

Apple Pay is an easy, secure and private way to pay on Apple devices such as the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. Collabria Mastercard credit cards can be used with Apple Pay to make purchases at merchants that accept contactless payments, in participating apps and on the web. 

Adding your Collabria credit card to Apple Pay

You’ll need an iPhone 6 or later (including iPhone SE) with the latest version of iOS. If you have an Apple Watch, it will need to be paired with an iPhone 6 or later.

To use Apple Pay, you need to add your credit card to your iPhone's mobile Wallet app.

1. Open the mobile Wallet app on your iPhone
2. Select the plus sign at the top right of the screen and follow the simple instructions. The app will automatically capture the information on your card, and its photo will appear on the main page of the app.
3. If you have multiple cards in your wallet, the one at the front will be your default card. To change this – for example, to make your BlueShore Collabria Mastercard^® your default card – press and hold on the card you want and drag it down so it sits in front of the others.

Please note that you must accept the Collabria Terms of Use for Apple Pay each time you add a Collabria credit card to Apple Pay, and that you are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Using Apple Pay for in-store purchases

To use Apple Pay, you must have a passcode set on your device and, optionally, Face ID or Touch ID.

With Touch ID:

1. Hold the top of your iPhone close to the card reader.
2. Put your finger or thumb on the home button.
3. When you see ‘Done’ on your iPhone screen, the transaction is complete.

With Face ID (iPhone X only):

1. Double-click the side button and look directly at the screen to confirm Face ID.
2. Hold the top of your iPhone close to the card reader.
3. When you see ‘Done’ on your iPhone screen, the transaction is complete.

With Apple Watch:

1. Double-click the side button and hold the display of your Apple Watch close to the card reader.
2. Wait until you feel a gentle tap.
3. To choose a card other than the default card, double-click the side button and swipe left or right on the card to choose a different one.
