To maximize your online experience and for your Internet security, we recommend using the latest versions of these supported browsers. Please note that we do not support Beta or test versions of browsers.
All previous versions of Internet Explorer included password management tools that allowed users to remember logins and passwords within their browser. As a security measure, BlueShore disabled the browser from remembering these logins and passwords for Online Banking.
However, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) no longer allows developers to manage passwords in this way. If you are using IE11, you may be prompted to save both your Online Banking login and password within the browser.
To avoid this, users of IE11 may wish to consider the following:
IE's "InPrivate browsing" setting allows users to change IE11's default behavior so it won't prompt to save passwords
The "Delete Browsing History" options available in IE11 allow users to wipe out all passwords should they accidentally say yes to saving passwords
Use another web browser – neither Firefox, Chrome, or Safari support this browser password behaviour
128-Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption
To access our services, your browser must also support 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. If you don't have it, you will need to download the appropriate encryption support from the supplier of your browser. Most browser upgrades now support 128-bit as the default level of encryption when you download the installation package.
We have no minimum hardware requirements; however, certain minimum requirements may be specified by the browser you use.
