A Canada Post service disruption is currently in effect which may cause a delay in your printed statements.
- If you receive printed statements for your account(s) mail, they will not be delivered until the postal disruption is over.
- There may also be a delay in receiving new or replacement client cards, and cheques. Printed statements, notices and documents from Collabria and Aviso Wealth may also be impacted.
It’s important that you continue to make your required payments to keep your accounts in good standing.

- Register for and make the switch to eStatements
- For recurring bills, set up pre-authorized payments
- Access your Collabria CardWise information online
- Access your Aviso Wealth Investment account online
- Use direct deposit instead of cheque to make sure any important payments don’t get delayed
