BlueShore Financial is pleased to have Diane Dou join the Executive Leadership Team as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Diane joins following a retirement from the BlueShore executive team.

Diane Dou is an innovative and transformative senior business leader with commercial and governance acumen and over 20 years’ experience in financial services. Her expertise also includes designing and managing large-scale human-digital integrated business models. She was most recently the Managing Director for EY Canada, where she led Financial Services for Western Canada. She has served in a number of C-suite roles with leading global and regional financial institutions, including HSBC Investment Funds Canada, HSBC Personal Banking and Wealth Management Canada and Prospera Credit Union. Diane also serves on a number of Boards including the Terry Fox Foundation, Abbotsford Airport Authority, Atira Women’s Resource Society and is a former Board member of the BC Real Estate Association.
